It is IPEA's policy to ensure that any and all proprietary information related to companies participating in our programs is protected.

Audit Sponsors
IPEA maintains as confidential the identity of all companies which sponsor audits. A sponsor's name is never associated with an audit or report outside IPEA.

Audited Facilities

1. IPEA makes every effort to ensure the information contained in the audit report is accurate, fair and unbiased.
2. IPEA provides audited facilities an opportunity to review a draft of the audit report to verify that no proprietary information is included.

Audit Report Purchasers
IPEA maintains as confidential the identity of any company seeking to purchase a copy of a report. Purchasers are identified only to the audited company whose report is being requested for purchase. Audited companies have the right to prevent report sale to a competitor.

Training, Workshops, and GMP Compliance Participants
All participants have the assurance that any request for confidentiality will be taken seriously and implemented promptly.
